 Dr.Hiroaki Gomi’s group (NTT Communication Science Labs.) revealed that when the uncertainty of body representation increases due to the elimination or distortion of hand visual feedback, the quick motor correction (stretch reflex) by the brain hierarchical motor control decreases.
