About Calcium Imaging Workshop

This is our first Calcium Imaging Workshop supported by a research grant, KAKENHI “Correspondence and Fusion of Artificial Intelligence and Brain Science”. The aim of the workshop is to exchange the knowledge and technical tips of functional imaging, focusing on calcium imaging of the neurons. Topics will cover various technical aspects of Ca imaging, including deep tissue imaging, cell tracking, ROI detection, large scale data analysis, and large scale two-photon imaging. We will limit the capacity of this online workshop relatively small so that we could have frank discussion.
